All prices are listed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products to you and send a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs procedures. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Certain items such as opened cosmetics, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
